Miriam started with Holistic Options Inc. in the beginning years back in 1989.  She worked with Mojka Renaud (founder of Holistic Options Inc.) as her assistant when they first started out in a small office building with only one room in Altamonte Springs, FL.  Over the years Miriam has held several positions and has watched the business grow into the 10k square foot facility that it now is today. 

Miriam has a background in business as an Executive assistant, business accountant and office management. Miriam was born in Hawaii and has assisted with the growth of Holistic Options for over 20 years. Today she manages the accounting and HR department and works in several other capacities throughout the office. Miriam is considered a cornerstone for the business as well as the staff.

Rose was born in New Bedford, MA, and has been interested in healthcare since her Senior Yr. in High school.  She has worked in the clerical field for various Medical offices over the past several years. Among those she worked for Internal medicine, General Practice, Orthopedic, and Chiropractic physicians.  Rose has  20 years of experience in working in all facets of administrative work from Reception to Business management. She is also skilled in medical assisting in various modalities within each scope of practice. She also has knowledge from working in retail and customer service fields.   

The switch to Natural Healthcare came in 1995 when after a time of illness, a thirst for a better way to heal started.  In personal research, she found the answers in Natural Medicine, which grew into a desire to work in the Natural Healthcare field.  Rose started with Holistic Options in 2006 and has grown in knowledge and improving her personal experience with health.  In her personal time, she has volunteered 22 years of experience working with youth and adults in church/counseling setting and different ministry fields. 

Adrianne Ahern

Esthetician

Born in the Bronx and raised in Long Island, Adrianne always had a passion for the Health and Beauty world. Upon finishing school, she relocated to Orlando, Florida where she began her career as an Esthetician. 

Over the past thirty years she has been dedicated to continuing and furthering her skills and education in her field and has received numerous certifications in such areas as The Clinical Approach to Treating Rosacea, Microdermabrasion, Skin Peels and Exfoliation, Body waxing, Facial and Brow Waxing, Manicures, Pedicures and various Body treatments to Detoxify and Relax the Body. Adrianne is also trained and Certified by the renowned Master Trainer, Boldijarre Koronczay founder and creator of the Eminence line of Organic Skincare products. Paula Noack, LMT/CT

Paula Noak has been deeply involved in mind / body wellness since the late 1970's.  In 1981 she received her massage/colon therapy certification from the Florida School of Massage, in Gainesville, FL.

In addition to Swedish massage she is trained in Trigger point, Myo-Fascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, Shiatsu Polarity, Reiki, Cupping, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Constitutional Hydro-therapy, Hypnosis, Age Regression/Spirit Releasement, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Therapies, as well as several applications of Muscle Response Testing.

Paula has worked in osteopathic and chiropractic clinics and taught at the Reese Institute, Oviedo, FL.  Paula started with Holistic Options in the year of 2000 and has a number clients that have been with her for several years.

Her personal growth workshops include Silva Mind Control, Landmark Education and Avatar classes along with informal Metaphysical studies.
