Holistic Options was founded to provide a true alternative to health care. At Holistic Options, we treat the whole body, which includes various therapies and holistic spa treatments. We are on the forefront of nutritional therapies, tailored to each individual’s biochemical need. We employ the most up-to-date screenings and evaluations. At Holistic Options, we’ve created a beautiful, calming and soothing environment. We have a staff with a caring attitude ready to help and serve you. Our entire internal environment was created using healing colors, non-toxic products, doubled filtered micronized water system and full spectrum lighting throughout the facility.

She studied foreign languages, herbs and homeopathy in Europe attending the University of Graz in Austria. She also studied in New York and received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany. Her Nutrition Degree was acquired from Donsbach University in Huntington Beach, California. Pursuing numerous studies in nutrition, herbs and homeopathy, she received degrees for the aforementioned studies, also becoming an Acupuncture Physician in 1992 through Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in St. Petersburg, Florida. Mojka has been practicing Holistic Medicine, Homeopathy, Nutrition, Chinese Medicine and German Biological Medicine in Central Florida for over 22 years. She is the founder and owner of Holistic Options Health Care Center and Spa as well as the newly added Ballroom at Holistic Options.. Holistic Options is a complete Wellness & Fitness Clinic in the Lake Mary / Heathrow, FL area specializing in all methods of holistic healing that offer a wide variety of holistic spa services with organic skin care and spa products at affordable prices.

Dr. Gilbert earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Wells College, A Masters Degree (M.L.S.) from Long Island University. and a Doctorate (D.C.) from Logan College of Chiropractic. She is Board Certified in Chiropractic, Florida State Licensed in Massage Therapy and is a Fellow in the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. Specializing in holistic care, she has taken numerous post-doctoral courses in the natural health field, among them Clinical Neurology, Nutritional Biochemistry, Electrodermal Screening and Bioenergetic Medicine. She joins Holistic Options from her own practice in Orlando and is currently a Candidate ACBN Nutritional Diplomat, University of Miami School of Medicine, Miami, Florida.
Dr. Thomas is Board Certified in Neuromusculosketal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine by the American Osteopathic Association and is certified in Cranial Osteopathy by the Cranial Academy. He also has earned a Fellowship of the American Academy of Osteopathy (F.A.A.O.). Dr. Thomas practiced in Orlando from 1993-95 at which time he was presented as "Osteopath of the Year" in 1995 by Florida Hospital East Orlando. He then moved to San Diego in 1996 to work at the world renowned Osteopathic Center for Children where he treated both children and adults.
