• Take 417 North towards Sanford
• Take the Rinehart Road exit
• Turn left off the ramp onto Rinehart Road
• Continue down Rinehart (pass Mall entrance on right)
• Continue until you reach Primera Blvd (next right after Siemens)
• Turn left into lot after Lake Emma Animal hospital
• Crossroads Health Care Center is to the right, Suite 101

From Orlando / Theme Parks

• Take I-4 East towards Daytona Beach Exit 98 (Heathrow/Lake Mary)
• Turn right at the light at the end of the ramp onto Lake Mary Blvd
• Immediately enter into left lane
• First traffic light turn left onto Primera Boulevard
• Pass two ponds with a water fountain on the right
• Immediately after the second pond is Crossroads Health Care Center
• Turn right (and right again) into Crossroads parking lot.

Using I-95 from Jacksonville

• Take I-95 South to I-4 West
• I-4 West to Exit 98 (Heathrow / Lake Mary)
• Bear left and turn left at the traffic light onto Lake Mary Blvd
• Stay in the far left lane and turn left at the second light onto Primera Blvd
• Pass two ponds with a water fountain on the right
• Immediately after the second pond is Crossroads Health Care Center
• Turn right (and right again) into Crossroads parking lot.
